Mindful Lines: Doodling paths to Self Care

You are in for a few days of fun, creative doodle exploration -- Think of it as stealing away for a few [not so guilty] minutes of self-care. You TOTALLY deserve this!
If you're like me, you probably have a stash of notebooks somewhere. Find one and designate it as My Doodle Book. Actually, the back of an old envelope will be fine, as will a post-it note or a napkin. Grab something to write on, and something to write with. This is just for fun, and just to explore.
I think you're going to love it.
And you can do these lessons in as few as 10 minutes at a time (obviously . . . if you want to -- you can take more time and develop your doodles as much as you want! The longer you doodle, the better the self care!)
